How to calculate allocation for private sale on SuiPad?

Firstly, it is necessary to stake SUIP and get veSUIP, veSUIP is treated as the reference for obtaining the private sale quota.

The veSUIP allocation is determined based on the tokens raised, assuming that the fundraising is in USDC, so 1 veSUIP = 1 USDC.

As for the staking tier, it represents special identity on SuiPad, and more exclusive member rewards and benefits in the future.

Formula :

(Individual investment amount / Total investment amount) * Total amount of the private sale = Individual allocation for private sale amount.

In the case of exceeding the fundraising target:

(2000 / 300,000) * 150,000 = 1000 USDT for individual allocation, and the remaining 1000 USDT will be refunded.

If the fundraising target is not achieved, the allocated amount is based on the individual investment amount. Participants will receive an allocation proportional to their invested funds.

What’s veSUIP:

veSUIP is an equity token issued by the SuiPad platform, and it is not the same as the SUIP Token in the traditional sense. It serves as the unique proof of participation for SuiPad users in the SuiPad platform IDO/INO, with a 1:1 relationship between the veSUIP quantity and the maximum quota in Private Sale.

veSUIP is only displayed in the user center of SuiPad, and will not be displayed in your wallet. Users cannot trade and transfer veSUIP privately, and it is only applicable to IDO/INO participating in SuiPad.

If you redeem your Stake’s SUIP Token, the corresponding veSUIP will also be automatically deducted by the smart contract.

There are two ways to obtain veSUIP:

1. Participating in SuiPad Stake: This includes both flexible staking and fixed-term staking.

2. Participating in SuiPad IDO/INO Events: Participating in one IDO/INO event grants you 10 veSUIP.
