Magic’s hiding in plain sight!

It was the year 2006. I was 13 and fascinated with magic, believing I only needed to possess it to change the world’s trajectory, the very direction in which the world is headed. Back then I didn’t realise there was a word for it, but we know it is called sustainable development and living today.

You see, I was a member of BNHS (Bombay natural history society) and would go on nature trails and write and sign petitions to protect our endangered species and the environment so even though my parents didn’t say it to me explicitly, I knew our world was in trouble. But I do realise now how terribly wrong I was, not for believing in magic but in the operational aspect of it. I read books and watched movies trying to comprehend the mysterious ways of magic, only to find out that its existence is limited to the world of the wizards and fairies.

I am now 23 living in the year 2016, and let’s cry “eureka” for I have discovered magic. It is an ancient knowledge hidden tactically in plain sight. It took me 10 years but finally I have unearthed its hiding place! I will disclose it to you for the magic is knowledge whose power only manifolds by sharing.

MAGIC LIES IN THE EFFORT.

It lies in the doing and trying. Doing what you believe in, this is when the purpose is larger than an individual but she tries anyway. Breaking away from the tentacles of the fear of failure, she still sets out to take that leap of faith with complete vigour only in the pursuit of magic. Hoping it will reveal itself to her for she believes, magic works in mysterious ways!
