Sexual aggression was classified as rape. Not actual rape, but merely sexual aggression. That is insufficient to prove the existence of a rape culture.
Unless rape culture just means that someone, somewhere got away with rape. If that’s true, we also have:
- Murder culture
- Theft culture
- Bullying culture
- Harassment culture
- Classist culture
- Ageist culture
- Creep culture
- Creep-shaming culture
- Frat Culture
etc.
