You’re making a massive amount of assumptions and are projecting a lot of intent where there isn’t any demonstrated. The idea that menswear is never flamboyant is ludicrous.

Personally I think very few people can pull off a romper and look good because of it, not despite it — both men and women. But maybe looking ugly is the victory?
