The ABLE project is proposed in serving out the best alternative to the obstacles with the bank lending deposit traditional spread and centralized and nontransparent cryptocurrency financial services. The solutions will be reliable and transparent of the Blockchain system. This ABLE project is a cryptocurrency specific financial alternative offering cryptocurrency financial product via decentralized exchanges and P2P loan matching system.
This project will be creating a platform that will be enabling financial activities based on cryptocurrency for centering all across ABLE accounts, emanating through fact that activities of the bank are carried via bank account primarily. The user is proposing a rate of loan interest by the reliable matching system through reducing lending deposit spread connecting many users by P2P directly. No doubt this platform supports exchanges that are decentralized and through smart contract gives wealth management services with decentralized cryptocurrencies.
The project is focusing fully on getting evolving in the ABLE ecosystem by integrating with other external systems.
• Banking system services that exist and based on Cryptocurrency is offered through the centralized structure. The centralized services and unsustainably greater rate of interest combination are rendering bank vulnerable to manager moral hazard and central server hack. Lacking in integrated solutions in the world of crypto is withholding user experiencing diverse system of banking.
• The banks are having a business model that is based upon lending deposit spread. In it, the bank is acting as an intermediary in between borrower and depositor. The structure lets banks in getting low-interest rate deposits and lends money at greater charges, profiting from differences.
The aim of this project-
With creating a matching engine that could connect borrower and investor based on P2P, the project connects borrower and investor with no third party. With all lending spread and third-party eliminated, cryptocurrency interest rate through mutual agreement is determined between users in an open world and rate will be served as the market interest rate. The investor will be getting high rates as compared to the centralized market; borrowers will be lending money at low rates, thus making a win-win situation. As lending and investing occur governed through smart contracts, the ABLE project will reduce exposure to central server hacking and manager moral hazard risks.
Present cryptocurrencies banking service is giving loan and deposit separately by not linking depositor and borrower. It leads in unable to give the high rate on deposit. Such services can’t eliminate the risk of intermediary as on centralized model structure is based. On the other side, this project is linking user through the account and is enabling financial services likes investment and payroll that based on smart contracts.
The ABLE project is aiming at applying decentralized Blockchain technology to feature of wealth and financial management. Also directly linking supply and demands through an account on the P2P basis and developing the reliable system. It is also aiming at creating a decentralized exchange (in-house) and evolving in the platform for the development and use of smart contracts for services of financial and wealth management.
This ABLE project approach will be making investments safer that is going to affect market positively whole. In the upcoming days, it is expected to see some significant changes and invention of latest standards for new transactions.
