Shifting to a Higher Dimension of Consciousness

Every fragment of your being could be viewed or used as either ‘good’ or ‘bad’. It all depends on how you view it, and even what can be perceived as the ‘darker’ parts of you or the parts of yourself that you do not particularly like can be used to serve you when you become conscious of them and use them in the right way. It might be useful for you to meditate on the teachings that follow next, to spark a remembrance within you of all that you are currently and all that you have been. To move into higher states of consciousness is to realise that there is more interconnectedness and unity between us than we previously realised. There is more unity between the very fragments of our human existence, and out there in the wider world. The elements of chaos and turmoil out there in the collective is also a reflection of the unhealed fragments within us. Similarly, the unhealed fragments within ourselves reflect the unhealed within the collective. When we enter this reality, we forget the unity between all things and that we are a part of a greater whole, and we enter a dimensional space where the fundamental baseline consciousness is one that highlights separation. For example, on the surface level, the world appears to be filled with many different polarities and fragmentation, such as different genders, different personalities, different interests, different ages, different places, different statuses (the list can go on and on). From these different spaces, there is the temptation to judge and to categorise things as either ‘good’ or ‘bad’, or ‘better’ and ‘worse’.

You may ask yourselves why this is the case, and simply it is because this is the thinking that exists within this dimension of consciousness (you can call it the 3rd dimension if you like), and from an even simpler perspective, it makes sense for our logical minds to compartmentalise things into such categories. This also links to a simple evolutionary process of wishing to find out whether things are ‘good’, and we can feel safe around it and ultimately trust it, or if things are ‘bad’ and we want to stay away from things because they may be harmful to us in some way. Although, we don’t need to look far in the collective and through history to realise that groups of people or circumstances that have been labelled as ‘bad’ are not actually bad at all. It is important to really start to notice the impacts of our judgements, and to notice that everything within this reality has light and dark within it. The 3rd dimension view is to notice the segregation and separation that already exists within the consciousness that exists within this dimension, and mostly we tend to label certain aspects within ourselves and the collective as ‘bad’ and segregate further. Of course, there is evil out there in the world, and there do need to be consequences for those actions, however from a higher perspective, judging and segregating perpetuates it further, creating even more of a divide — a divide that is causing all the problems to begin with. It is easy to blame and to judge others, especially since a lot of the time we do not like to look at these elements within ourselves, and therefore we must have more compassion for ourselves as we begin to look at the bigger picture.

It begins with being willing to let go of the way that we have seen the world before, where we may have seen it as a place of scarcity, judgement, and duality. It begins with being willing to look at a new way of being, a new way of perceiving ourselves and the rest of humanity on this planet. Are we able to put our differences aside and look at what joins us together? The light within us, the spark of divinity inside each person, and the light and the dark within all of us. It is easy to point fingers at individuals in the collective who may be acting with a lot of darkness but are we able to acknowledge that we ourselves have that darkness within us, and if not within us directly, then it is in the greater collective that we are a part of. To notice that we all have the potential to be either of the light or of the darkness, to do good things or bad things. To have more awareness of why people may be ‘darker,’, with the awareness that there may be more density, more fear, less consciousness of the light and the love within them, and to explore what may have caused that. To really question whether some individuals are ‘innately’ evil or not. Because it is my belief that from one perspective that we all have ‘light’ and ‘dark’ within us, and that separating from unity and from God/Source creates a lot of the suffering, division and ultimately ‘darkness’ in our world, and therefore the solution naturally appears not to perpetuate that further but to see beyond it to the unity that binds all of us.

Within the higher dimensions, there is oneness between all things — between the elements that we would perceive as ‘light’ and ‘dark’, although they do not have these terms as the different names would suggest that they are different, and in the higher dimensions, there is just oneness with no separation. As a soul, we choose to experience duality, and what it would feel like to be in a realm of perceived separation and segregation, although in a way it is just merely an illusion because we have always been one with everything in the Universe, but we play out this reality with the perception that we are not. Why? Because it is a valuable experience, and it teaches us many things, one being why unity is important and how separation from God/Source (or oneness) causes the separation and suffering that we see in our world. It is almost as if we experience being stuck in a hole so that we can learn to climb back out of it, but to do that we need to be aware that the hole is there in the first place. It is all about realising that there is another way — a path back to unity if you wish to travel it. It can take a bit of effort to start seeing humanity and Earth from this higher perspective. Once we start doing this, we remember that we are one with all in the Universe, and even in this reality of light and dark, we learn that not only do they form a whole on the third-dimensional level but from a 5th dimensional level and above, that the separation of light and dark does not exist at all — where in its place you can see just light (as an example). It is in this place of unity that there is wholeness and less suffering, and ultimately, if we can get to this on a collective level too, it would revolutionise everything. We can choose either to see it from a lower-dimensional level of separation or a higher dimensional level of unity. There is not a right or wrong aspect of any of this, as it is all a part of the divine experiencing itself, but it could be quite a joyous ride back to unity. I believe that it is all part of the divine plan, and one day we will definitely get there!
