  1. soda and junk food can cause terrible weight gain

when you drink soda and eat a lot of junk food such as brownies cookies cakes and so much more all contain a lot of calories and calories can cause weight gain they also have a lot of sodium and sugar high counts of both can have some serious negative effects.

2. health concerns

when you consume both soda and junk food it can not only cause weight gain but some serious health issues such as diabetes heart problems certian types of cancer high blood pressure and high counts of cholesterol.

3. lack of energy

when you eat junk food and consume soda together you will have less energy over time and feel very sluggish tired and just not feel like yourself you may start to feel very awful in general.

4. feeling very sick all the time.

when you eat junk food and drink soda you may start to feel nauseous and vomiting may occur as a result over time from doing this habit because that would be a way that your body is rejecting what you are doing I know how horrible I feel too when this happens from experience.

5. arthritis

I’m sure by now everyone knows what arthritis is it’s a horrible condition that can affect everyone not just older adults arities does not feel good it’s it makes your bones very stiff and hard resulting in horrible pain.

6. there are better options out there.

you do not have to give up your favorite foods in order to be healthy there are healthy deserts and snacks out there in stores that are free of bad things that you wouldn’t want. give them a try.

junk food and soda are not good for you even in moderation but you can find healthier versions that are better for your health.
