VISITOR BASED SEARCH

In many cases we see the customers abandon the search because of the fact that the search result displayed are irrelevant or broad, not specific. AI with the power of Natural Language Processing can make the result more specific, and human-like. It gives the customer the feeling, the same as he may have asked for the product in an offline shop. Hence, adds to the of the consumer confidence and enhances the scope for engagement and an experience to remember

CHATBOTS

More often when customers visit an ecommerce page, they may not be looking for any particular product. But the flash-sales and Ad-banners get them interested. Yet it may be cumbersome to narrow down a search and better to ask a “Friend” which product is better suited. The same role is being played by the Chatbot, the virtual “Friend”. Chatbot not only tackles support and delivery issues, but also suggests to the customer based on their style, preference, brand etc via Natural Language Processing

RETARGETING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS

Every customer is UNIQUE and. AI helps in total personalization. Starting with displaying the products as per Customer Behaviour History and preferences and also suggests which product can match with the product chosen. For example, if a customer has selected white T-Shirt of a particular brand, then in addition to showing other T-Shirts ofother colour and brand as recommended products, AI will also empower something like “MAY LOOK BEST WITH” and shows a Denim Blue Jeans that fits cool with a White T-Shirt. This gives the customer same experience like an offline store manager

PERSONALISATION

Online Businesses are loaded with customer data and little or nothing is done with this data. This data is an incredible goldmine of intelligence that could be used to enhance the sales cycle.

For example if a customer spends a considerable time next to a specific product e.g. a T-Shirt, then this information will be stored for use upon their next visit. With the power of AI, customized offers on customer’s computer screens can be flashed based on their in-store dwell time. In other words, Omni-channel retailers are starting to make progress in their ability to remarket to customers

REAL TIME BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

We all have heard of Business Intelligence and Business Analytics. But both are something that is descriptive or diagnostic analytics. AI makes the Data Analytics of the future i.e predictive modelling, and that too on its own; provides in-depth predictive analysis, with different interactive charts and graphs, in real time business terms. Due to Machine Learning algorithm and Artificial Neural Networks, this intelligence improves day by day, as real data build up
