One of the most interesting articles that I’ve read on Medium recently. As a Seoul native, I find it enormously convenient and comforting when I visit Seoul. As is the case with many Asian metropolitan cities, Seoul has 12+ subway lines that densely cover everywhere in the city and suburban area. Public transportation in San Francisco is so archaic, that it’s just a joke. No wonder why people are spending so much money on Uber (hundreds of millions of dollars a year). People praise Uber, but that’s a sad thing. There’s got to be a better way. I love those two Bart lines connecting east and west bay. Bridge traffic is a nightmare during commute times.
