Superb analogy that simply demolishes the misconceptions around the “Process of Design Thinking”. It also scuttled my post “Why Design Thinking will fail again (Part 1)” but I’m glad for it.
Actually it’s more about business folks always being in a hurry and wanting formulae that guarantee success, than any confusion around the value of Design thinking.
