Class of 1986

I graduated in 1980, and have never been to any of my reunions…never had the desire. Most of my friends at the time were either older or younger than me. I do have one close friend I reconnected with on Facebook, and it’s been wonderful, and another who passed away shortly after we found each other again. Other than that, I can’t think of a single person I would risk walking into a crowd to see, and that’s what it would be. There were 1,000 people in my graduating class! Not to mention, our reunions are always huge, fancy events that cost big bucks. Not my thing.

On the other hand, there are a handful of people on my Facebook friends list that I enjoy hearing from and interacting with. If someone had a LITTLE, informal gathering, I’d be tempted. My one friend would have to drag me, but I’d probably go.

I just know you’re going to have a really nice time. It’s just a feeling I have, and I look forward to hearing (reading) about it soon.
