Guest: Greelance has various partners. Greelance is backed by Enterprise Engineering Solutions, Inc. (EES). EES has invested over $500,000 in the development and marketing of Greelance. From a technical standpoint, Greelance has partnerships with Google Cloud, Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure in the development of the Greelance Decentralized App (DApp). Greelance has also partnered with Chainlink to provide decentralized oracle solutions for the Greelance DApp.

Guest: Greelance seeks to address the current inefficiences in jobs and services marketplaces by (1) implementing a streamlined and transparent fee structure (2) Implementing a fairer compensation mechanism that rewards the actual participants of the ecosystem instead of large investors (3) Creating an ownership structure that allows participants to build wealth and become part owners of Greelance itself

Guest: Absolutely! The particpants/community is at the core of the Greelance architecture. Greelance is designed to eventually be run by the community through the institution of a DAO. Active participants within the Greelance community will collectively decide how Greelance is going to operate in the future. The Governance structure implemented within Greelance heavily favors regular participants that are active within Greelance and not just based on the number of GRL tokens you can purchase
