Agreed… The only thing that’s most important is that words, actions, deeds, thoughts are MINDFUL. Too much of the time people feel a need/pressure/urgency to make a comment, form an opinion, say something, do something without further reflection. I believe that if people took at least 3 breaths before jumping on the wagon, there would be far less conflict of an unnecessary nature. Context is important too. The thing is that the brains we now host via broadband, have, grown into coastlines of instant “gratification” — the oceans of thoughts are left behind, unsuspecting, as our “instant” thought waves look for a place to literally crash.
