The Organizer of the “#FightForCrypto Contest” is EscapeVelocity limited partnership based in 27 Grudnia Street 3, 61–737 Poznań, Poland, email@example.com. Further in this document, EscapeVelocity will be referred to as ‘Organizer’.
2.1 Except for the persons mentioned in article 2.2, “#FightForCrypto Contest” is open to anyone as of the age of 18 years old who has a social media account.
2.2. The contest is not open for employees and directors of the Organizer or its affiliated and/or subsidiary companies, as well as the relatives, up to the second degree, and other members of the household of such employees and directors.
“#FightForCrypto Contest” starts June 01, 2021 10:00 AM ET and ends on June 4, 2021 23:59 ET. Entries received after said period are not eligible.
4.1 The assignment: Subject of “#FightForCrypto Contest” is to:
a) publish information about #FightForCrypto movement via “share” button on SuperBid.io website on the Entrant’s social media channel.
b) add to proposed content some creative, personal insight
c) increase engagement for the post (likes, shares, comments, etc.)
4.2 Entry implies full and unconditional acceptance of the Competition Rules, including but not limited to any decision the Organizer will take.
4.3. No responsibility is assumed by the Organizer for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible data.
4.4. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry they judge to be in violation of these Competition Rules. The Organizer is not obliged to give any further justification or motivation. The decision is final and no further discussion or correspondence will be done on the matter, nor will the decision be open for appeal or review.
5. SELECTION OF THE WINNERS
5.1. During the competition period 2 winners will be chosen within the Entrants, maximum 1 prize per entry.
5.2. Prizes will be awarded by a jury consisted of Escape Velocity employees from among all eligible and correct entries received
5.3. The decision of the jury is final, unassailable, and thus not open for appeal or review.
The winner will be notified by Escape Velocity no later than June 6, 2021.
7.1. 2 prizes will be awarded, being: ticket to Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul fight which is held on 06/06/2021 at 8 PM ET.
7.2. All prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other object than proposed, and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
7.3. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prizes with prizes with the same or a higher value, in case of force majeure.
7.4. The prize will be sent to the e-mail address the winner has indicated by personal messages on social media channels.
8. DATA PROTECTION
By accepting the competition rules, the Entrant acknowledges and accepts that all its personal data collected in this competition, will be recorded and processed in a database by the Organizer, who is responsible for the processing of the personal data, in accordance with the applicable legislation regarding data protection. The personal data will be used for the good course of this competition. The Entrants have the right to gain knowledge of their recorded personal data, as well as to request the deletion or correction of their personal data. In order to obtain information or correction of personal data the Entrants should send a letter to EscapeVelocity limited partnership based in 27 Grudnia Street 3, 61–737 Poznań, Poland or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any comments regarding participation in the Competition may also be submitted at the Organiser’s addresses indicated above.
