We are doing a decent amount of “anti-bot” customer education as we build solutions for large companies; we push toward customized human augmentation for company-side agents rather than a simple bot that intermediates between consumers and company. It opens up a lot of opportunities to enhance existing interactions and is a way more realistic step for companies to actually use messaging as an interface for business services.
