The conjuncture between Yotta Data Services and NVIDIA will be the foundation on which they will make this more convenient by presenting a leading-edge GPU computing infrastructure and platforms which can be run from Yotta’s Shakti Cloud. NVIDIA’s state-of-the-art GPU platform will allow Indian enterprises as well as businesses, AI researchers and startups to explore fields of AI and AI services that were not possible before, and therefore will enable deployment and creation of AI applications, that cater to the needs of the Indian, Asian, and global markets.

Darshan Hiranandani’s Yotta Data Services, the other customer, has ordered full-size NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPUs with a plan to launch them as their core computing structure in January 2024 before eventually scaling up the NVIDIA architecture to 16,384 GPUs by June 2024. By incurring and allocating some of the resources as GPU (General Purpose Computing) infrastructure, Yotta not only makes a statement about its dedication to its customers but also opens a new area of possibilities for artificial intelligence in India.

One of the main advantages of this partnership is that Yotta deploys a special reference architecture with GPU clusters powered by the most advanced NVIDIA cards that allow for generating very high-quality training results as well as providing powerful computing capabilities for machine learning tasks and HPC applications at the same time. Consequently, Yotta’s Shakti Cloud AI platform will support many Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) from Day 0 that include foundational AI frameworks and applications in mainstream usage. This will empower Indian businesses to build strong AI solutions.

The partnership comes at a time when India is making significant strides in AI adoption with the country becoming one of the homegrown technology hubs and a receiving centre for the transformation of digital technology. This collaboration is breaking the monopoly of GPU in information processing and enhancing the pace of innovation in several industries. These two, consequently, can make India a world leader in AI technology.
