It is indeed inspiring to witness in detail your journey from being embarrassed and angry to becoming a better person through self love and self compassion. We normally beat ourselves up further eroding our self worth in a downward spiral.
I especially love your statement that acknowledging a flaw in your behavior does not indicate that you are a flawed human being. I believe that the practice of observing the wonderful person that each of us are and separating it from the flaws that all of us have will go a long way not only in loving ourselves but also being non judgemental and loving towards others.
It is also humbling to see your deep gratitude towards friends and family, masters and authors, as well as clients for their roles in enabling you to practice self compassion and self love.
