  1. As mentioned that the SMS model of coupon was missing out the ‘touch and feel’ it was ideal to start selling/distribution of coupons in a website. There would have been option to have an attractive UI and UX.
  2. Making it ‘paid’ would not attract many users, rather making it free would attract the mass
  3. Instead of monetizing through sale of coupon book/sms, it makes sense to take a revenue percentage of the coupon value
