There is a wonderful story I adhere to and it pleases me to tell it:
Two monks were walking along an overflowing creek. They were having deep spiritual conversation about faith ,and trust ,and truth and justice. About kindness and love and acceptance.
Along the way , a beautiful scantily clad young woman was seen falling into the rapid running creek.
One monk took immediate action jumping into the water and carried her on his shoulders until she was safe , and although she was unhurt, she had less clothing on than originally . The monk gave her his cloak.
He proceeded to walk along with monk number two , as #2 harassed him as to touching the uncovered woman and yada yada yada.
Monk #1 remarked quite calmly ,
I put her down long ago, why are you still carrying her???

I am sincerely sorry, it’s not in my nature to do that. I hope I’m forgiven .

And a few other stories of yours I have read that you mention things I feel are “privledge”
I haven’t worked for many years , because of a disability, but I have never taken a disability check from our gov. And three of my doctors have said I should have applied.
I’d never take anything from anyone that I didn’t earn.
