What Are Your Obstacles?

What is getting in your way? Take a close look at the ‘things’ you struggle with, whatever they are. Most of us have something we feel we wrestle with, maybe it’s our diet, our money mindset, toxic environments, negativity, drama, worry … whatever it may be.
Then take a look at your relationship to this struggle. What is your attachment and how is this attachment serving you?

At one time, it was most likely serving you in some way, is it still?
Do you need it in your life? These attachments can bring on feelings of guilt or shame, feelings you don’t need to feel and don’t deserve. Are you ready to let it go? I can support you in your process of letting go.
