It does feel like you are painting only you are using yarn. This one is for kids about 6 and up. They have to have fine motor skills to place the yarn row after row. All ages and many adults love this project. You can go as small or large as you would like. You can make the yarn turn in different directions or cut it short and make a pattern. Sky is the limit here

Materials:
- paper or paperboard-stiffer paper
- pencil
- yarn of all colors
- glue

Using a piece of paper and a pencil draw an image or design. Keep it simple. Take the glue using the tip or a Q-tip dipped in glue to follow along your pencil lines. Take short pieces of yarn and press them down on the glue lines.
Glue will be covered up by yarn so you can be a bit messy with it.

Continue with various colors until you fill the whole paper.

Maybe you would like to make another one now
