I make a drink a lot of mornings with : a fresh squeezed orange or tangerine, half banana, a few chunks frozen pineapple, some grated creamed coconut, coconut milk, add a large chunk of organic grated turmeric, a chunk of grated ginger, and blend. Very tasty and when I have aches and pains, I swear it helps !!!
