The Best Way to Give Great Feedback
Alisa Cohn

For some reason(s) I’ll never understand, many people do not give positive feedback! When did it get to be so bad that we can’t let others know they’ve done well? If all anyone notices about me is that I goof up from time to time (I am human, after all), then we won’t be friends or congeniel colleagues very long. If my goofs are the only things worth mentioning, we’re done.

Positive feedback gets everyone smiling, sometimes for days! It’s a wonderful feeling to know that someone not only saw you did a great job at whatever, but took the time to share that with you.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
