Ground Rules for Complainers

Hey Complainers! The world needs people like you. You are complaining because you see something wrong, but do you tell others how they can make it better? I’ve often felt we would all benefit from universal ground rules to express complaints; I find value in dissatisfaction, and I too am a ‘complainer’ in this the world. Still, I see so cut themselves short by not following through on corrective action, or just blowing it in their execution.

1 — Express yourself calmly, matter of factly, and but be human in your delivery.

2 — State why it sucks, and follow through with how to make it better.

3 — Be open to the fact that they may not be receptive immediately, or at all.
