Interesting article, Pulkit! I think that an intelligent/efficient user onboarding process is an augmentation to a product, whether or not that product is intuitive. Perhaps the value-add is less than it would be to an un-intuitive product, but then maybe the onboarding process can be shifted to adapt to a more intuitive product (e.g., realizing that what is intuitive to some may not be intuitive to all).
