Thanks for sharing your process! We’re in the middle of documenting and mapping out our design process at Pipedrive and we’ve reached to a similar point. When putting this together I got heavily inspired by Spotify’s 4-step process. Think it, Build it, Ship it, Tweak it.

Make sure you’re solving the right problem. Explore many solutions, before narrowing down. Don’t stop learning after you’ve shipped.

btw, I found that loop GIF to change frames too fast to be readable. I ended up downloading it and reading each frame separately with Preview. Might want to post these as three separate images..
