A few potential catalysts I’ll be looking for in the coming months are (i) the sale of other non-core assets, particularly the 15 acre golf practice course, (ii) announcement of development plans at Central Resort Kapalua, and/or (iii) increased investor relations efforts since the story is so much cleaner today with an unlevered balance sheet.
