I live in Ireland where I constantly hear the refrain that it has become impossible to find a job from those on welfare. I met a man from Zimbabwe who got off a plane a month ago in Dublin with hardly a word of English, and already has a job. Its not a good job but he is optimistic that when his English improves he will get a better one.
It is not about colour or background or even talent. It is about character an perseverance.
