It was feminism that knocked down the taboos on single people having children, and those taboos were there in the first place for the very sound reasons outlined in Nikita’s article. It was also feminism that launched an openly declared war against the nuclear family. That war has been devastating to men, women and children and it is ongoing. Marriage and family was cast as slavery for women by second wave feminists and they waged that very successful war against it on multiple fronts for over sixty years now.
