I used to feel just like you a looooong time ago. But I have learnt to love myself just the way i am now at 220 pounds. I gorge on food because i love to. I eat what i like, whenever i like and as much as i like because i want to. But at the same time i do yoga because it makes me feel really good. I don’t care even if i don’t shed even an ounce of weight, i feel really good about myself right now. This attitude of letting go has brought me to my ideal weight of 143 pounds today. And i have reached there not because of yoga, but because of feeling really good and loving myself the way I am.
