Sowing peace

We are all ambassadors of the world…
We have the power to sow peace or create discontent based on our attitudes and intentions…
With mindfulness, we can observe and ask ourselves the following questions…

Do I sow peace and ease, or do I sow discontent and unease?
Do I use my words to unite, to bring people together, or do I create barriers and rifts that separate people?
Do I hold my judgment until I seek to understand or do I judge without any thoughts and discernment?
Do I cast doubts and create confusion in situations, or do I help to find clarity?

Am I a builder in my world, for my world?
Am I a helper to see the needs of others, or am I caught up in my drama?
With mindfulness, we can set our intentions to be an ambassador of peace in our world every day…

“Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can’t help them, at least don’t hurt them.” — Dalai Lama

“Peace is liberty in tranquility.” — Marcus Tullius Cicero

“Imagine all the people living life in peace. You may say that I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one. I hope someday you’ll join us and the world will be as one.” — John Lennon
