KYC Process for Swachh Token Holders
Hello Community!
Hope you are well.
In light of the recent developments, we require all the Swachh Token holders to undergo due KYC process to align and be in compliance with their concerned governing and regulatory authorities. We would like to communicate to our community that the decision to introduce the KYC process has been done to keep up with the rapidly changing international regulations and incorporate a long and conducive development environment in our community.
Thus we request all the Swachh Token holders of our community to bear the slight inconvenience of completing our fast and easy KYC process so that their tokens can be unlocked before the trading of Swachh Tokens begins on 11th February 2019 (Monday).
Please note that all the Address which are not Whitelisted through KYC process shall remain Locked until they are whitelisted by completing the KYC process. The KYC process shall remain active till 15th February. Hence all the Token Holders are requested to complete the KYC process as soon as possible within the fair stipulated time period allowed for the same.
Ideally, completing the KYC process before 10th February will enable you to trade with your Swachh Tokens as soon as Trading of Swachh Tokens begins on 11th February.

Please note that failing to complete your KYC process before the deadline might lead to your Tokens being forfeited and account being temporarily suspended as per organization policy and regulatory compliance.
Please also note that your KYC maybe rejected or you may be asked to re-upload the documents due to one or more of the following reasons:
- Document partially visible
- Poor picture quality
- Poor lighting
- Document too old
- Not natural face changes: glasses, beard, mustache, makeup, earrings, tattoo, scars
- Face partially hidden
- More than one person is in the picture
- Document not accepted
- Document not valid
Regarding the listing of Swachh Tokens, we shall soon announce the specific details regarding the exact time of commencement of trading, trading pairs along with exchange consent.
