Swappi now offers access to IDOs

We are super proud to announce Swappi’s latest feature Launchpad is about to go live. What is Launchpad? Launchpad allows users to buy IDOs on the eSpace network. An IDO on Swappi is an Initial Dex Offering. These Offerings let you get early access to Swappi’s latest token that is going to be listed. By being one of the first to have a new token, you can benefit from higher rewards! IDOs are available for a very limited time.
In this article, we are going to break down the various features of Launchpad and what you need to do to be able to participate.
What Will I Need to Do to Buy an IDO?
There are two ways to participate in an IDO: Public sales and Pre-sales
First, you will need to purchase new tokens with CFX. CFX is the currency for all offerings. For a Public sale, that’s all you need. There is no cap on how much each account can purchase. A Pre-Sale purchase has a few more requirements.
My Launchpad Score
Pre-Sale purchases require a user to have a certain My Launchpad score in order to participate. My Launchpad score is simply a number based on the amount of PPI that has been staked and how long the PPI is locked. Each IDO’s My Launchpad Score will be different and is set by the project.
Here is a breakdown of how locking in PPI in the staking pool counts towards your Launchpad Score:
- 1 $PPI locked in for 4 years = 1 point
- 1 $PPI locked in for 3 years = 0.75 points
- 1 $PPI locked in for 2 years = 0.5 points
- 1 $PPI locked in for 1 year = 0.25 points
*Your staked PPI weight gradually decreases as your locked tokens approach their lock expiration. So too does the Launchpad score. Make sure you have a high enough score to satisfy the Pre-sale requirement before the launch date.

There is a Pre-sale token cap per address. You can purchase as much of a token as you want as long as it doesn’t exceed the limit per address.
Genesis NFT Holder
If you are Swappi Genesis NFT Holder, you will be granted a special boost to your My Launchpad Score. You can check the exact score at the project IDO info page.
Pre-sale Whitelist
If you’re a whitelist winner from a promotional event, you can participate in a Pre-sale directly without any score required. You will be able to see your whitelist role on the project page:
Which Type of Sale Should I Choose: Public or Pre-sale?
It’s possible to participate in both sales if you want. Remember that you must meet a My Launchpad Score to participate in a Pre-Sale, but it is the best way to ensure you have a chance to purchase a token. Even then, Pre-sales do not guarantee you will be able to buy the token. It is still first come first serve. High demand offerings with many users participating in a Pre-Sale could mean you cannot buy the token if you don’t act fast enough. Public Sales are first come first serve with no limits for what’s left after the Pre-sale.
This is a big step both for Swappi and for Conflux eSpace. It’s the launch not just of Launchpad but of the eSpace ecosystem in general. This is really the beginning of a new ecosystem. So, strap in and enjoy the ride.
