The maximum purchase amount allowed in the Private Sale is 10 NFTs per wallet address.

Should any of the 3,000 NFTs remain unclaimed after the private sale, they will be made available to the public at a price of 0.18 $ETH.

The fundraise will occur on the BSC chain through a smart contract and be bridged to X Layer by the SwapX team, with the minting phase becoming possible once the new Layer 2 solution, powered by OKX, is fully operational.

Why Purchase an XNFT?

By acquiring an XNFT, you become entitled to a non-dilutive equal share of the total SWAP FEES revenue generated on the SwapX platform.

This revenue sharing model operates in tiers:

Months 1–3: 20% of total SWAP FEES revenue
Months 4–6: 15% of total SWAP FEES revenue •
Months 7-∞: 10% of total SWAP FEES revenue

Additionally, when time comes, as the original minter of an XNFT, you will receive 3% in royalties from all secondary sales – forever.

Alongside part-ownership of the platform, each XNFT purchased automatically qualifies you for an airdrop of SWPx tokens, with the number of tokens awarded based on the randomly assigned rarity of your XNFT:

10 NFTs PLATINUM = 10,000 SWPx with a 0.35% chance.
100 NFTs GOLD = 5,000 SWPx with a 2.85% chance.
2,740 NFTs RAINBOW = 328 SWPx with a 96.80% chance.
