Twitterfeed is shutting down and here are the alternatives !

Twitterfeed (http://twitterfeed.com/ )will be shutting its doors on October 31st, 2016 as per the email I got from the company . Here is the announcement :

Howdy, Twitterfeeders!
We’re writing to let you know that Twitterfeed will be shutting its doors on October 31st, 2016. It’s been one heck of a run and we can’t thank you enough for your loyal usage and support over the years.
If you’re looking for a service similar to Twitterfeed to continue using in our absence, we recommend checking out the good folks at Buffer (https://buffer.com) or Dlvr.it (https://dlvr.it)
Thanks again for all the feeds!

As I was using the service for several years for different purpose, the shut down is really painful :(

This was a simple RSS based system that is being used by millions of web users including bloggers around the world to keep their social network channels updated using their blog RSS.

The major point here is that TwitterFeed was a completely free service unlike the competitors (Not sure how they managed to run these much years ).

Here are the alternative services you can consider instead of TwitterFeed

Some of them are paid and some of them are 100% free !

https://ifttt.com/

https://hootsuite.com/

There are many others . These are some services I have used and looks good to me. IFTTT is completely free and a good alternative even though the features are bit limited compared to paid ones .
