The Art of Falling Forward

“It is quite difficult to embrace life without being slightly selfish. There are times when you have to put yourself over everyone else, including your loved ones. And you should not feel ashamed or guilty for doing that.”

Brief, comprehensive, informative and of course inspiring. The title of the book is apt according to the content of the book. It is a short read of approximately 80 pages. Full of truth and a guide on “what to do” as well as “what not to do”. The author has very concisely pointed out the ways using which we can condition ourselves to perform better, mentally, physically and spiritually.

There are numerous short instances and relatable stories to make the content engaging. The best part that I liked about the book is it does not drag unnecessarily like many other self-help books. The author has done a great job at showing the facts (backing up with realistic stories) rather than telling what is wrong and right. It can be easily read in one sitting but I suggest taking your time while reading it.
