If the educational system prepared people to work the internship's wouldn’t be around. The issue at hand is people get out of school, and have such minimal skills (vs. knowledge of things). That companies have to make large investment into training. Perhaps it just the US education system has degraded from the 80s on. I am also interested in your class, are the students experts in fields that don’t pay?
