Laziness & Chai-
So…this weekend was not great in terms of calories burnt. I could not do much on the elliptical or the treadmill. Max 20 minutes! Some days are such. So what I did instead was 20 minutes of weights for my upper body, controlled my diet, craved for ice cream but did not give in. Sometimes when one thing goes against the plan, there is a tendency atleast in me to throw the whole plan out of the window. But instead, I stuck on.
They say tea/coffee are good for metabolism. I make sure I consume either every morning.
Made masala chai this weekend with ginger, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns, cardamom — all ground and boiled with tea powder. Add milk and brown sugar and continue to boil.
