Make Ahead Breakfast…

Blend any fruits/veggies with ample water keeping the fiber. Get creative with blends. Helps you hydrate. Make it the previous night and store in the fridge, if you are in a rush in the morning like me.

Mix Oats, granola and milk in a box/jar, sprinkle cinnamon powder and refrigerate. I add sliced banana to this the next morning for a wholesome and tasty breakfast.
