SwissBorg Japan’s Blockchain Unchained Brand: A Great Success In Tokyo
SwissBorg’s Blockchain Unchained tour in Asia came to our Tokyo headquarters for a most fantastic finale of two meetups, one the regular SwissBorg Japan meetup which is now Largest monthly blockchain meetup in Japan (300 +) and another a meet & greet, that drew close to four hundred community members and crypto enthusiasts. The event on July 25th was co-hosted by WeWork, and the other was private. The theme of the meetups was, “The ICO of Today, ICO of tomorrow.” Joined by top-tier blockchain projects, influencers, and experts speakers (28 +) (NEO, Tezos, VeChain, Telcoin, Cointelegraph, Blockchain industries and more…) SwissBorg’s meetup is now the second largest meetup community in Japan.
As for all our Blockchain Unchained brand of events, we use the method of ‘edutainment’ where we aim to educate and entertain the audience. In these two events, we used another strategy that proved to be very fruitful, that of incorporating the PESTLE and the SWOT analysis. PESTLE is a marketing strategy tool that makes you focus and evaluate companies or products, from the four perspectives: Politics, Economics, Social, Technological, and Environmental. SWOT analysis is a useful technique for understanding our Strength and Weaknesses, and for identifying Opportunities and Threats that may face us as a company, community, and the overall crypto space.
This two-pronged approach to the panels helped us make the panelists more focused, the question answer section more useful, as well as allowing a high-quality and in-depth discussion of significant concerns. Our SwissBorg Lausanne team is working hard with our Japan team to use the former’s experience and savvy in the field of events on the blockchain, to make our big Geneva BlockchainUnchained event a most memorable one.
