In August, our Asia team, Ken Yagami, Head of Japan and China, along with Amber Chook, PR Manager Asia, made a fruitful business trip to Shanghai in celebration of the first anniversary of MyToken the rapidly growing crypto app giant with 1.5 million Chinese crypto investors to this date.

MyToken’s 1st Anniversary, held at Regal International Hotel Shanghai on August 17th, welcomed 300+ prominent guests representing the crypto giants from mainland China such as Huobi, Binance, BitMain, JD Capital, Fenbushi Capital, and many more, with 65 of the most popular blockchain media covering the 8-hour event.

The most exciting announcement from the trip has to be our Community Ambassador for Mainland China — Wang Chao, CEO of Hestial PTE. LTD. He holds a Ph.D. from London Business School. Wang Chao has extensive experience working for internationally renowned consulting firms and private banks. With his financial expertise and experience in private banking, Wang Chao worked globally in London, Hong Kong, and Beijing.

With 20+ years trading on Wall Street, Ken talked about his transition from traditional markets to cryptocurrency, shared insights on the future development of digital assets, and his predictions on the recovery of the bear market.
