Here’s a short update on what has happened this week!
Public Beta (V2)
We’ve been testing our upgraded trading system with early testers the past week. We’re deeply appreciative for those who have given us feedback to help us improve on our platform!
We’re also happy to open up the the beta site further to the general public now. Here’s how you can access the Switcheo V2 TestNet now:
- Create a new wallet with Neon Wallet / Neotracker for testing purposes
- Go to https://beta.switcheo.exchange
- At the bottom right — click “Main Net” and select “Test Net V2”
- Use the Faucet on the top bar and wait a few minutes to receive a few test tokens
- Deposit your funds and start making trades!
Here are somethings we recommend you to do:
- Place a maker (open) order
- Take an existing offer
- Cancel an order
- Withdraw traded funds
Please note that this is on the TestNet blockchain and in no way affects your account on the main NEO blockchain. Do not attempt to use the “Main Net” setting on the beta site. Note that all fees are currently set to 0 and we’ll be adding fees and toggle to use SWH as fees soon.

Main Net ETA
The ETA for our MainNet (v2) release is currently 18 May 2018 (SGT). This will also coincide with a few new token listings. However, please remember that this ETA is just an estimate, and may be changed if we find it necessary as we perform additional testing over the next week.
Shortly before our MainNet (v2) release, we will freeze trading, during which standing offers and tokens can be withdrawn and moved to the new smart contract. We also anticipate a short downtime on the launch date for us to ensure everything will work smoothly. We will be announcing more details on the process, as well as an in-depth guide on what to expect, so you can have minimum interruption in your trading next week — do watch out for it!
Airdrop Campaigns
In order to express our gratitude to our community, and also to reach out to a new audience, we have joined two airdrops campaigns:

What’s Coming Next Week
The engineering team will be working on making sure our new trading system works perfectly, and taking action on any feedback receive. We will also be working on a better mobile experience, as we found a surprising number of our users access Switcheo on their mobile devices.
Finally, we’re in the process of making architecture and infrastructure improvements such as improved logging, monitoring, and off-chain redundancy. We are doing this in advance in anticipation of growing traffic, and hope to prevent any downtime when our new blockchain integrations come online.
