Francesco Cirillo has a timer which shaped like tomato and tomato called pomodoro in Itallian this technique was developed in early 1980s .

Basically this technique method is you have to assign a task to yourself. Then you set a timer for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, you have to take a break of 5 minutes .

Then you repeat this process 4 times. After your 4th turn, you have to take a break of 15–20 minutes. After that break complete your task .

Infact with this technique you divide a bigger task into small parts it will helps you to be more efficient and productive.

This technique was developed for procrastination by using this technique you can more focus on a given task .

My Personal Experience

When I start there was some difficulties like a phone call and some mails and message on messenger pop up but after switching of my phone I start again and it shows me incredible results I finished my work in just half of the required time . It really helps me to procrastination and in focusing on an assigned task.

I suggest u to use this technique it will magically helps you to get better results .
