Why I believe in God

Who is God? Is he the God who used thunder-bolts as his weapon known as Zeus?
 Or was he the God who resurrected the dead known as Jesus? 
 Maybe he was the Goddess of destruction known as Kali?
 Or is he Allah, The unseen God.

We all have a God we believe in. Being a Muslim, I believe in Allah and no other God. When I see a person worship some other God I don’t think of him as a stupid person, but when I hear a man say God doesn’t exist, that’s when I think of that someone as a stupid person.

When we were kids, if someone messed with us we would all say ‘Ill tell my dad’. In those days our dads were the strongest people alive. Our dads were the force that gave us strength and made us feel invincible. But as we got older, we realized that they weren’t really that strong and we lost that strong force.

Those of us who believe in God still has that strong force above us. We know that there is a being, always watching us and taking care of us. This is what gives us real confidence. Now when an atheist gets it from life, where does he run to? His dad? I don’t think so, since he knows hes not really strong. Does he run to God? No way, he doesn’t even exist for him.

Do atheist think we just came out of nowhere? Do they really believe that we were created by an explosion known as the big bang theory?

I don’t believe in the big bang theory. Whenever something explodes, people die, they aren’t created.

God is who I run to when life hits me hard, he is the reason my life has purpose.

God is life and it just makes my eye water when I hear some stupid people say we will just die and never be resurrected!

These beautiful people around. My mom, dad, children. Do you mean to tell me that once I die, I wont see them again?

I will never believe that.
