How do YOU save 10 minutes per day?

I will keep this story short. Very short.

I’m a napper and I’m not ashamed of it. It allows me to be fresh after a lunch when other people usually falling asleep and waste their precious time on FB, refreshing mail clients and doing nothing.

But where do I save my 10 minutes, you ask?

I don’t take regular 20 minutes long nap. I set up my alarm only for 10 minutes long refreshing quick sleep session. Why? Because I didn’t recognize any difference between 10 and 20 minutes long nap.

That’s it — now I can have even 2 naps instead of one during my day. Yepeee!
