The Ego is thirsty. Like a vampire is for blood, The Ego is for energy. It thrives off of the energy of other humans – it prays on weaker energetic fields. Lower vibrational energies.

As humans, we are often disconnected from our source, from a connection with the higher dynamic energy that exists in all that is around us. Every time we find ourselves in conflict with another, it is actually our Ego engaging in an energetic power struggle and thus competing to unconsciously steal the other’s energy – the less dominant energetic field falling victim. Our Ego tries to win these energetic exchanges to ultimately strengthen our sense of self by dominating the energy of another. Our Ego’s unconscious yearning for power underlines all the struggles and corruption that we see in the world around us at a personal level and at a global scale.

By connecting with the energy of The Universe, through nurturing the love that is the true nature of the soul, we free ourselves from the need to be validated and strengthened by stealing the energy of those around us. With this freedom, we will connect to those around us with love being the primary force.
