And this is often the most useful stuff. One off pieces of functionality that solve real problems. Chaks wrote about the Product Group needing to identify these needs and build to them. But that’s never going to happen. Using the 80/20 rule, it’s the 20% that is the hardest, more-specific, sometimes expensive stuff that allows individual customers to succeed. Microsoft needs to focus on making the 80% stellar. In 20 or so years, they haven’t gotten there yet.
