Synopsys Multi-Protocol 112G LR-Max PHY on TSMC N3E
Check out the exceptional results of our 112G LR-Max PHY IP on TSMC N3E process, showing highly linear PAM-4 eyes with excellent SNDR and jitter performance. The Synopsys 112G LR-Max PHY maximizes LR channel reach and enables 45 dB channel loss across PVT with three orders of magnitude better bit error rate than 112G-LR specification. The 1–112Gbps Multi-protocol PHY supports multiple electrical standards, including PCI Express 6.0, 400G/800G Ethernet, CXL2.0/3.0, JESD204, CPRI and integrates seamlessly with the Synopsys MAC and PCS, delivering a complete 200GbE/400GbE/800GbE Ethernet solution.
The Synopsys Multi-Protocol 112G LR-Max PHY IP is part of Synopsys’ high performance multi-rate transceiver portfolio for high-end networking and high-performance computing applications.
Synopsys LPDDR5X/4/4X on TSMC N3E
Synopsys LPDDR5X/4/4X PHY IP operating at 8533 Mbps and 9600 Mbps (overclocked) is showing wide eyes and clear margins on TSMC N3E silicon. With this first-pass silicon success, we are enabling our customers developing systems requiring high performance memory interfaces with low power to address their massive bandwidth demands for mobile, automotive and edge computing applications.
