Podcasting has been growing in popularity, especially in the past few years. More and more people are turning to online shows to get educational and motivational content through audio format. This is because listeners can continue to learn and grow even when they’re driving, going for a run, or enjoying a cup of coffee. This trend has given many people a platform to inspire and help others.

One of those people is 18-year-old Jacob O’Connor, a highly successful podcast host who’s only fresh out of high school. He started the online show , “Venture Mentality,” which has been all the rave for many young aspiring entrepreneurs and success seekers.

After spending his Junior year working with the product development team of a global manufacturing company, Jacob got the inspiration to start “Venture Mentality.” It is a podcast about business and life designed to help others attract success into their lives and overcome their challenges.

Venture Mentality primarily exists to change lives by helping people create action plans to start their own ventures, chase after their goals, and overcome life’s hurdles. On top of the company’s highly successful podcast, Venture Mentality’s other main channels of the brand include an Instagram page and a website.

The show has been visited by some of the most prominent leaders in business and other fields. Some of them include Marc Randolph, the Co-founder of Netflix; Dan Fleyshman, youngest CEO of a publicly-traded company; and Dean Graziosi, the coach, and speaker who has authored multiple New York Times bestsellers.

On top of entrepreneurs and business leaders, Jacob has also interviewed athletes such as Sports Illustrated’s best brain trainer Trevor Moawad and Hall of Fame Hockey player Chris Pronger. Those names are just the tip of the iceberg as the show has had over 120 influential leaders on the show to share their two cents on business, entrepreneurship, fame, and life.

One of Venture Mentality’s biggest episodes is an interview done with Jacob Stone, the man behind entrepreneur lifestyle publication Millionaire Mentor, which has upwards of 4.8 million followers. Stone is the owner of multiple 6 and 7 figure companies, including Treadstone Performance Engineering, Millionaire Mentor, Snowball, and Wealth Nutrition.

The show has received multiple thumbs-ups from listeners. On Apple iTunes, the podcast has received a 5-star rating based on 112 reviews from avid followers.

As the podcast started to form a solid community, Jacob officially started Venture Mentality LLC. As one of the facets of the brand, the podcast host is starting an apparel line to build a community of like-minded people that can associate with the brand.

With Venture Mentality, O’Connor looks to inspire more people, especially younger generations. He knows what it’s like to dream big, even at an early age. His hope is that his growing network of high-performance achievers can make him a conduit of knowledge and wisdom to those who want to grow both physically and mentally.
