Articles like this are part of the reason for the health crisis in the U.S. Many years ago I ate all these things and was sick several times a year. Then I studied what a healthy diet is, changed to that, and now never get sick anymore. A friend of mine was consuming large amount of diet Coke and lost her memory. She quit the diet Coke and luckily regained her memory. Another friend ate total junk food diet with all the sweeteners and never got sick, but did get a massive heart attack in his late 50s. Bottom line is if you want to be healthy and enjoy every day, eat things that actually grow and is organic, not stuff produced in a lab. One other benefit — when you cut out all the junk, all the real stuff tastes so much better.
